My Superhero Doesn't Wear A Cape

My superhero doesn’t wear a cape. He wears a white robe, a girdle of pure gold, sandals of gold, and a crown of gold.

My superhero is outside of time, knows the future, can see into my heart and knows my thoughts. He walks on water. He controls nature and storms. He can manipulate time. He walks on water. He turns water into wine. He casts out unclean spirits. He raises the dead back to life. He can heal diseases. He can heal blindness, deafness, and can make the mute speak. He can make the lame to walk. He can heal paralysis. There is nothing that is impossible for Him.

He heals broken hearts. He breaks addictions. He heals relationships. He delivers from danger. He breaks every chain and every curse. He holds the keys to death and to hell. His name is above every name. He is King of kings and Lord of lords.He is full of grace, love, kindness, compassion, and mercy. He is my judge, my intercessor between God and man, my advocate, my counselor, my friend, my Lord and Master, my Savior, and my God.

He bore God’s wrath so I don’t have to. He paid the debt I couldn’t pay. He bore my sin and shame and paid the penalty of my transgressions with His precious blood, His body, and His life. He paid the debt I could not pay in order to redeem me, pay my ransom, free me from the bondage of and slavery to sin, change my fate from the judgment of hell, deliver me from the power, influence and grasp of His enemy, and give me the gift of eternal life. He died in order to save me and make this possible.

Jesus Christ did all of this to make it all possible for you as well.
