💡I’m Having A Light Bulb Moment💡

I’m having a light bulb moment. 💡

Israel were made to work as slaves under a heavy yoke for Pharaoh in Egypt. They didn’t rise up. They didn’t revolt. God heard their pleas and delivered them mightily from the land of Egypt through Moses and Aaron. 💡

The bible tells us starting in 1 Peter 2:13 that we should submit to and respect whomever is in positions of authority over us; kings, governors, etc. as God has placed them there. 💡

Jesus told us in Matthew 5:39 not to resist evil. 💡

The Pharaoh was bringing evil upon Israel and he delivered them. The rulers and principalities in this world are bringing evil now in full force. 💡

The point: God will deliver his people. The Old Testament is filled with examples of the times He did it for Israel. It’s also filled with examples of Him putting kings in their positions of rule. 💡

If we stay faithful to God and His word, all the things that Jesus taught us, then God will surely see and hear our plight and He will deliver us. 💡
