Don’t just trust it because it uses scripture.
Study it.
Think on it.
Ponder it.
Take it to prayer and ask God Himself if this is a true teaching. Do this with any teaching, regardless of if you agree or disagree with the teaching. To be truly filled, we have to empty our cups.
This is a time of great upheaval, and no one will be spared but My church. There are many who think they are a part of My church who have deceived themselves. They teach the doctrines of devils and the doctrines of men (2 Timothy 4:3-4). They accuse their brethren who attempt to correct them of teaching heresies and of being hypocrites, while they themselves are the heretics and hypocrites (Mark 7:6). They have never committed, they have never surrendered, they have never given up anything to pursue the life of service and submission that I require, and they accuse my true followers of preaching a works based salvation. They have led many astray and they will answer for it (James 3:1).
John 15:1-7 NASB
1 I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in Me, and I in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit of itself but must remain in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in Me. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown away like a branch and dries up; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
You have to abide in Me, My children. You cannot live like the world and expect you won’t be burned up. If you are truly abiding in Me, you won’t be living like the world.
John 10:27-31 NASB
27 My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; 28 and I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.
Many misuse this passage. They use it to say a person can never lose their salvation. Those who are My sheep hear My voice. They listen to My instruction. They keep My sayings, My teachings, and My commandments to do good and to love one another. They abide in Me. If you are not doing these things, then you are not abiding in Me. You must live your faith, and living in that faith means obeying My word, for that is how you show your love for Me. If you do not abide in Me, then you are taken away.
John 15:10 NASB
10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.
John 14:15 - 17 NASB
15 If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. 16 I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever; 17 the Helper is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him; but you know Him because He remains with you and will be in you.
Luke 6:46-49 NASB
46 Now (why do you call Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? 47 Everyone who comes to Me and hears My words and acts on them, I will show you whom he is like: 48 he is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid a foundation on the rock; and when there was a flood, the river burst against that house and yet it could not shake it, because it had been well built. 49 But the one who has heard and has not acted accordingly is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation; and the river burst against it and it immediately collapsed, and the ruin of that house was great.
Most teachers never teach this passage:
Matthew 7:21-23 NASB
21 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; LEAVE ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
I ask you, children. Who would prophesy in My name unless they thought they were of Me? Who would cast out demons in My name and perform miracles in My name, unless they thought they were of Me and secure in their standing?
Many are going to be surprised and astonished.
Many are going to find themselves rejected.
Many think they are secure when they are not.
Many will howl, weep, and mourn.
Many will beg for mercy, but it will be too late.
Change your ways, My church. I am looking for a spotless bride whose robes are clean and unstained from the world (James 1:27). I am looking for a bride who is faithful, not adulterous. I am looking for a bride who is in love with Me, and not with the world. A house that is divided cannot stand. (Mark 3:25)
Come out of the world, My people, that you receive not of her plagues. (Jeremiah 51:45, Revelation 18:4) If any man thinks he stands let him take heed lest he fall. (1 Corinthians 10:12)
